
INGREDIENTS
- Preparation Time : 30 mins
- Cooking Time : 20 mins
- Cleaned Prawns: 250 gms
- Gram Flour: 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder: 2 tbsp
- Corainder powder: 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
- Corn flour: 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Edible orange color: pinch
- 3-4 tbsp bread crumbs
- Clean the prawns and marinate with ingredients except bread crumbs and keep separate for about 30 mins
- Heat oil into a kadai and coat the prawns with breadcrumbs and fry oil turns golden brown. Remove from heat. Serve it hot with any sauce.
