How to prepare Mutton Chops Kebab

    • Mutton chops: 500 gms
    • Ground garlic: 10 cloves
    • Refined oil: 1 cup
    • Rice flour: 3 tbsp
    • Powdered aniseed: 1/2 tbsp
    • Water: 1/2 cup
    • Onion: 1 ground
    • Salt: 2 pinches
    • Gram flour: 2 tbsp
    • Red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
    • Powdered Turmeric: 1/2 tbsp
    • Salt: 1 pinch
    • Into a large bowl, mix chops with garlic, onion and salt. Leep it separate for about 10 mins.
    • Transfer into pressure cooker and cook until 2 whistles. Remove up the cooker and heat it remove the mutton chops and keep separate
    • Mix besan flour, red chilli powder, rice flour, aniseed powder, water, turneric powder and salt to form a thick paste.
    • Heat one cup of oil in pan on medium flame. Dip the mutton chops into the batter and fry it until its golden brown. Drain the excess oil.
    • Drain excess oil and Serve hot.
