
INGREDIENTS
- Total Time: 10 mins
- Preparation Time: 15 mins
- Chicken ( Boneless) : 300 gram
- Corn flour: 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic grated: 2 tbsp
- Salt as needed
- Red chilli flakes : 1/2 tbsp
- Schezwan sauce : 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder : 1/4 tbsp
- Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup chopped
- Just cut boneless chicken into cubes. Now add red chilli flakes, soya sauce, pepper powder, salt, corn flour and ginger garlic paste.
- Mix it well and keep marinating for about 6 hrs or overnight. Heat oil into wok and deep fry the chicken cubes until golden brown color from all sides.
- Drain it on tissue and absorbs extra oil. Now heat pan and add schezwan sauce and add 1/4 cup water and let it boil.
- Add fried chicken and mix it well. Cook it on medium flame for about 5 mins to stick up sauce on chicken. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Chicken schezwan is ready and serve hot with your favorite sauce or beverages.
