3 Unique Sea Crab Recipes


Garlic Sea Crab legs

-Take a large stock pot and add 1 ½ Glass of Water and boil it.
-Place 250 gms of sea crab legs and corn in the boiling water. Boil until the corn is well-cooked and crab legs are opaque.
-Check the corn and crab consistency.
-Once you finish cooking drain the water and keep it aside.
-In a large saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of fresh butter, 1 spoon of minced garlic, ⅛ teaspoon of crushed red pepper, and 2 Bay leaves.
-Stir it well with the crab meat and corn, saute them for 10 minutes and serve it hot

Sea Crab Soup

-Melt ½ cup of butter in 3 teaspoon of all-purpose flour.
-Add ½ cup of milk, ¾ cup of finely chopped onion, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 2 teaspoon of garam masala, 2 bay leaves, ⅛ teaspoon of crushed pepper and salt to taste.
-Stir the 500 gms of crab meat to the soup, heat it until it is well-cooked and becomes thick and serve.

Spicy Sea Crab Pasta

-Keep a large pot with lightly salted water and boil. Add 500 gms of Pasta, cook for 10 minutes and drain the water.
-Melt ½ cup of butter/oil, 250 gms of crab meat, drained and flaked, 3 tomatoes (peeled and diced). Season it with 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, and ⅛ teaspoon of crushed pepper.
-Cook it for 10 minutes and add cooked pasta into it and serve.
